The use of a wedding planner and coordinator is mandatory for events at Tides Byron Estate. We exclusively use the services of Elope and Byron Bay Weddings to ensure your special day starts and ends just the way you want it. All events, regardless of size, must be catered by and under the supervision of Elope or Byron Bay Weddings who will invoice and quote independently for catering and decoration.
Tides Byron Estate is available for event hire every day with a minimum three nights stay for up to 18 people. Accommodation for three nights is $4,950, with an additional venue hire charge of $500 for an event of up to 20 people or $1,500 for up to 40 people. Venue hire fees are to cover the cost of extra water, surplus cleaning, private rubbish disposal and maintenance post event..
The property is located at Teven, in the Byron Hinterland. Venue can accommodate up to 40 guests with dancing to be held inside on lower level dance floor. Music curfew at 10pm, with non-staying guests to depart by 10.30pm. Our kitchen is available for use by staying guests, portaloos are not required.
There is a maximum of 12 cars per event allowed onsite. Limited parking is available and guests should arrive via minibus. Only staying guests are allowed to have vehicles at the reception. Transport must be arranged to avoid intoxicated drivers. Guests are encouraged to use mini buses arranged by their wedding planner.
Only the use of our Sonos system is allowed onsite. Only acoustic guitar, instruments and singers without amplification or small Bluetooth units are allowed in the orchard for outdoor weddings. Dance floor in all cases must be on the lower deck next to spa. No fire crackers or any type of fireworks are permitted on the proeprty at any time.
Rollaway beds are available for two additional guests at $105 per bed per stay.
This includes bed hire, laundry of linen and towels. All prices listed on this page are exclusive of GST.
Venue hire charges will be waived for mid-week weddings, outside of school holidays.
