Tides Byron Estate is available for hire every day for weddings, conferences and corporate events. We offer a range of wedding and event packages to make your day special and our rates vary according to season and the size of the group. Please contact us to discuss packages and rates.
The use of a wedding planner and coordinator is mandatory for events at Tides Byron Estate. We exclusively use the services of Elope Micro Weddings to ensure your special day starts and ends just the way you want it. Our bespoke Event Hall can accommodate up to 120 guests for dinner, with pre-dinner drinks on the lawn and reception in the Hall. Packages are available for ceremony, drinks and dinner using organic local produce and catered for your day or night event. Space is provided for dancing and entertainment in the acoustically-engineered hall with an 11.30pm curfew for departure to guest accommodation by chartered bus.
There is limited parking available on site and it is preferred guests arrive via minibus or arranged transport to avoid intoxicated drivers. Aside from the bridal party and staying guests, attendees are encouraged to use mini buses to and from a designated location which can be arranged by their wedding planner.
Space is available in the event hall for dancing and our co-ordination team can arrange for musical accompaniment to suit your event. No fire crackers or any type of fireworks are permitted on the property at any time. Tides Byron Estate is fully licensed for liquor sales and no BYO liquor is permitted.
All prices for venue hire, catering services and accommodation will be subject to GST and a non-refundable 50 percent deposit is required upon booking. Other than ceremonies already booked, all events and celebrations must take place in the Event Hall to comply with Council Acoustic and Liquor Licencing regulations.
