- Villa accommodation
- 8 bedrooms · 6 bathrooms · Up to 20 guests · 2 nights included. Larger groups share rooms; this is not 20 private bedrooms. Room configurations and sleeping arrangements are confirmed with Tides for your group.
- Dedicated Grand Hall
- Exclusive programme and workshop space for the full three-day retreat period. Keep your setup in place between sessions.
- Agreed estate access
- Private use of agreed areas, including the Fig Tree, orchard, pool and outdoor gathering spaces.
- Commercial kitchen and cold room
- Facilities for your retreat catering arrangements. Catering is not included; supplier recommendations are available.
- Existing furniture and tableware
- Use of available Tides tables, chairs and standard tableware, with requirements confirmed in advance.
- Standard cleaning
- Standard estate cleaning is included in the hire fee.

For organisations planning an ongoing retreat programme at Tides, an AUD $3,000 cash rebate is provided upon completion of five Estate Hire bookings by the same organisation.

Tides can recommend suppliers to support your retreat, from catering and styling to photography and transport. These services are not included in the AUD $10,500 + GST estate-hire fee. Please discuss your requirements, availability and pricing directly with the relevant suppliers.
