Pele is a dedicated wedding planner with over five years of experience in the wedding industry. Her passion for design and event planning began during her studies in interior design at Billy Blue, where a project on repurposing a wedding venue sparked her interest. This led to the creation of Aisle Studio, a small wedding planning business focused on crafting seamless and beautifully curated events.

Pele has gained invaluable experience working as the event manager for Three Blue Ducks and assistant for Byron Bay Luxury Weddings, where she refined her skills. Her approach is warm, kind, and professional, offering services to meet each couple’s unique vision. Pele’s goal is to bring each couple’s dream to life with thoughtful attention to detail, ensuring a beautiful and personalised wedding experience that truly reflects them.

Damian Kalusiewicz

Originally from Poland and now proudly based in Byron Bay for the past 6 years, Damian brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He is the first and last face many of our guests will see; welcoming them with warmth and professionalism during their personalised tour of the estate, and then returning on their wedding day to lead the bar team and ensure the celebration is both elegant and full of energy.

Passionate about service, Damian is always expanding his knowledge and refining his craft. Outside of work, he recharges through nature, spirituality, and an active lifestyle.

Originally from Bali, Armada brings a strong background in hospitality, holding high-level qualifications and years of hands-on experience in premium guest service. As the on-site butler at Tides, he is the heart of the estate; caring for the villa, assisting guests, and ensuring the property is always immaculate.

Known for his warm energy, constant smile, and calm professionalism, Armada is truly loved by both our team and our guests. He is fully dedicated to providing the personalised, high-standard service our guests deserve, making every stay at Tides feel relaxed, luxurious, and unforgettable.
